Whatever you type into the booking form: first name, surname, email, mobile,
landline, the animal’s name and species, the clinic chosen, the type of visit, the
preferred time and any notes you add.

The form sends the request to the selected clinic’s email. 

To answer the booking request and confirm it by phone, and afterwards for the
clinical follow-up of the animal. It is not used for advertising without your
separate consent.

Requests that do not lead to a consultation are deleted after whatever period the
company sets. The animal’s clinical records are kept for the legal period applicable
to veterinary acts. 

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing
and portability, and you may object to certain processing. Just write to the contact
above. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the
Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
